Welcome to the Cal Poly Foundation
The Cal Poly Foundation is a private, nonprofit corporation, led by Cal Poly alumni and friends. The foundation was incorporated to generate private support that will play a crucial role in building and maintaining Cal Poly's multidisciplinary Learn by Doing educational model.
The foundation was organized in March 2006 to build on the success of the university's record-breaking Centennial Campaign which raised $264.4 million by its close at the end of 2004.
In addition to providing leadership to raise private support for the university, the foundation board also manages the university’s $165 million endowment and other private gifts.
